🍯🍊🥦Honey Orange Teriyaki Salmon and Broccoli

This salmon is kiddo approved and loved by all. The marinade is super simple and only needs 30 minutes to soak before cooking. Throw it on a sheet pan with some broccoli and a side of rice and you’re golden!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds of wild caught salmon filet

  • 2 crowns of broccoli chopped into bite size pieces (about 4 cups)

  • 1c rice cooked according to package instructions

  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning

  • 1/2tsp dried oregano

Marinade:

  • 1.5 tbs honey, 

    2/3c tamari or soy sauce

    1/2 large orange juiced 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Mix marinade ingredients that together. Put salmon filet and mixture into a plastic bag and lay in fridge - marinate on one side for 15 minutes, then flip and do another 15 min. While the salmon marinates, toss the broccoli in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and the everything bagel seasoning.

  2. Place salmon and broccoli on a lined sheet pan leaving room around th salmon. Sprinkle the salmon with oregano and salt, pepper to taste. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
